Chanson d'amour...

Hi everyone, how are you all? So, another week is drawing to a close and we have the blank canvas of the weekend spread out in front of us. Is it just me, or do you all struggle to pack everything that you want to do into the weekend? By the time Sunday evening rolls around, I am always left with a sense of remorse that I did not get to do more things that I wanted to do. I always feel torn between spending time with my family and going out having fun in the area where I live...
It is a modern preoccupation that we always feel we have to be doing so much, and sometimes I long for a lazy weekend doing nothing in particular other than pottering around the house, catching up on things and having some precious time just to relax. Nevertheless, that sentiment soon vanishes and I am back to wanting to do as much as possible in as little time as possible!

I am sure everyone feels the same and it is so important to make time in the course of a day just to sit back and smell the flowers (or indeed the freshly brewed coffee, yum!)

Outfit wise I am afraid that I have been very boring lately,  sticking to my tried and true formula of black! This dress was £7.99 from H&M and I have worn it so much already that it was a really great buy!

I have not been up to very much this week, but I did go out to dinner to my favourite place. I opted for a delicious Pizza Margherita and a few glasses of Pinot Grigio. Bliss.

 All black everything! Dress-H&M
Flip flops, sunglasses and bag-Primark

 Deciding what to have.

Pizza Margherita and an Italian Platter.

 Sunset at the water.
 Tea on the go.
A naughty selection of bread and cheese in the garden :)

How cool was this car that I saw the other night? I expected Elvis to hop out :)

So until next time, have a great weekend! Remember that I love to read your sweet comments, I appreciate every single one and I follow back my followers :)
